The prices are applicable per apartment per night for two persons, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. For short stays, there is an additional charge of 30%. The price includes bedding, towels, dishes, and final cleaning, as well as Wi-Fi. The tourist tax is not included in the price, and for January 2023, it is 2.60 Euros per person for those aged 14 and above.

Apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in before 6:00 PM is possible, but kindly inform us in case of delays. Please notify us in advance if the number of persons does not match the booking. In the event of late arrival, early departure, or circumstances beyond our control, the price will be charged according to the booking.

Payment can be made in cash for amounts under Euro 2,000.00, through bank transfer, or with the following credit cards: Bancomat, Visa, and Mastercard. Our farmhouse is a non-smoking facility, and we request guests not to smoke in the apartments.

A booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (100 Euros) for confirmation and the issuance of a booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Cancellation terms are as follows: cancellation is possible without a fee up to 1 month before arrival, with only the deposit retained. Within 1 month and up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the stay's cost will be charged. Cancellations within the week before arrival will result in 90% of the agreed-upon stay cost. In the case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the agreed-upon price is applicable.

We recommend obtaining travel cancellation insurance, the 'Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz,' at the time of booking to cover cancellation fees. Further information on costs and how to acquire travel cancellation insurance can be found here.
